While we strive for absolute accuracy, typographic, photographic, or descriptive errors are subject to immediate correction. The unique product assortments displayed online may vary from our physical storefront showroom inventory. To protect our operational standards, The Outdoorsman only accepts and processes returns for authentic merchandise purchased directly from our official storefront or online channels.

We are dedicated to offering exceptional value. To qualify for a competitive price match, the item must be actively in-stock, identical (same manufacturer, brand, and model number), in brand-new retail condition, and located at a competitor store within 150 kilometers of our retail location.
Exclusions to our Price Match Promise:
- Expired advertising flyer timelines or out-of-stock items.
- Damaged, refurbished, reconditioned, open-box, or showroom display items.
- Special bundles, limited-quantity promotions, mail-in rebates, or financing offers.
- Major holiday events including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day sales.
- Third-party vendor services or specialty merchandise operating within our facilities.
- Wholesalers, liquidators, or membership-only warehouse clubs.
The Outdoorsman reserves the right to limit quantities per transaction, and store management maintains final discretion regarding any competitive price matching requests.
